Meet Alys

My therapeutic approach is warm, genuine, and deeply collaborative. Clients often describe me as easy to talk to and nonjudgmental. I work intentionally to create a space where children, teens, and families feel fully seen and understood. I have experience supporting clients with trauma histories, emotional regulation challenges, family conflict, academic stress, and identity development. I also have experience working with LGBTQIA+ youth and their families and am committed to providing an affirming, inclusive therapeutic environment.
