Meet Natalie
I’ve always had a natural passion for helping others feel happy, supported, and understood. Even from a young age, I found joy in making people smile and laugh, and I was often told that I was a good listener with a warm and gentle presence. Those early experiences shaped who I am today and ultimately led me to pursue a career where I could continue supporting others in a meaningful way.
In high school, I took my first psychology class and instantly fell in love with learning about the brain, emotions, and how people think and process their experiences. That curiosity stayed with me and guided me into the field of social work, where I’ve been able to combine my passion for helping others with a deeper understanding of mental health. I’ve never looked back since.
I truly enjoy encouraging others, helping them recognize their strengths, and supporting them as they work toward their goals. It brings me a lot of fulfillment to see clients grow in confidence and self-awareness. When working with me, I hope clients feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely supported, like they have a space where they can be themselves and begin to heal, grow, and move forward.
How I Work
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based. I prioritize building a strong, trusting relationship so clients feel safe opening up and sharing their experiences. I meet clients where they are and work at a pace that feels comfortable for them, while also incorporating practical tools to help them better understand and manage their emotions. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
